Clean, good service. Minus: room 150 is next to the pool. We can hear the noises coming from there. I would have chosen another room. But in general, it's a fair place for a good price.

The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is a little rough.

Hi Debbie, we do have some construction and renovations going on at the moment, so the parking lot is a little hectic but things are moving along quickly and should be done soon. We hope you come back and stay again with us after the remodel is completed. Thank you.

The front desk lady was very friendly and confident. I was just passing through - arrived late and left early. She arranged everything I needed, explained all procedures and made me feel welcome. Thanks!

Staff was beyond helpful. The place was clean and quiet and right next to some fun eateries, museums, and the park.

Rented for two nights.We had a guy trying to get in our room the first night.He was drunk and fired a gun.we called the police because no one in the office from 11 p.m. until 3 p.m.This took place at 12:30.we didnt sleep all night because after the police talked to him he kept coming to the door.The motel was so horribly outdated.Will never stay there again.I would love to get a refund for at least one night

Hi Janet, I spoke to both you and your husband about this issue. I apologies again no one contacted me about it while it was happening. The police should have made contact with me as they know and have used the emergency cell number clearly stated at night on our lobby door. We are a small town and have a small staff with normal lobby hours for our area. You husband said the guy he thought had lit off fireworks, I would assume the police would have taken the man to jail if he had a gun and was intoxicated shooting in a public area. Also, as you could tell we are in the middle of updates and remodeling of the hotel. I am sorry about the disturbance, we do not normal have these types of issues. Management

Place was fine just a bit dated . They had piles of re model stuff piled in parking lot .

Repairs and upgrades needed. Microwave was defective, took quite awhile to get hot water in the shower, breakfast choices were minimal at best.

Hi Anne, if you would have told us there was something wrong with your microwave, we could have fixed it or moved you to another room. But honestly, we haven't had an issue with that room/microwave and other guests staying in there. We do provide a wide selection of granola bars, pop tarts, fruit cups, oatmeal, fresh apples, other local items, and juice for guests. Our very affordable room rates do not reflect a full breakfast so what we provide is just a courtesy to our guest. We are a hotel in a small town and try our hardest with the small staff we have to provide a clean comfortable stay for our guest. Safe Travels Anne!
