the management has made this facility miles above other super 8. The staff is great. the facilities are great. the location perfect for myself and the activities that I am there to do.

Very dated. Hallways had carpet from probably 29 years ago. Dirty smell.

Hello PamelaThank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. The hallways carpet is going to be replaced in the next few months. We have had to hold on the carpet replacement due to busy season and shortage of carpet installers willing to come to the small town. We will work on fixing the shortcomings you pointed out and hope to see you again in the near future.

The pool and hot tub were nice. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Car outside our room kept leaving and coming back and had a bad muffler.

I waited 45 minutes to get checked in. I didn't mind that so much, the person was new and didn't understand to help the 5 people physically in line instead of allowing a person on the phone wanting price guarantees to hold things up. Then the manager showed up and was barely civil. I did really start getting put out when I got to my room after 5 pm and it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to wait on that before we could get settled. I would do everything possible not to stay at this property again. Nothing about it was pleasant. the price was ridiculous for the service and the condition of the room.

Hello Loretta On behalf of my team, I wanted to apologize for the inconvenience you faced at the hotel this past Sunday. That is not the level of service we w at to provide. I’ll work with my front desk team to make sure that the situation like this does not happen again. We had a major system failure this Sunday, a ripple effect from the larger disruptions that the world faced few days earlier. That caused massive issues with our database - from a staff scheduling to hotel room inventory to reservations. This caused the problems that you encountered with delays checking in and getting a room that was not clean (since our system couldn’t figure out which were clean vs needing to be clean).
