Good ssrvice .. if they renovate the hotel it can really become an attraction

The TV had "no signal", the shower had no non-slip mat, the shower valve barely worked, the water flow at the shower head can best be described as a "trickle", the phone did not connect to the office, the exit security gate from parking does not open automatically, had to back up, move to a code box, contact office to open gate- The whole experience was like Motel 6 from the '60's...almost a rat hole, just no rats. BURN IT DOWN!

The Wifi was horrible and the staff was not helpful. The water was shut off without notice and mid shower. The laundry facilities were out of order. The pool was clean and great. The customer service was horrible and staff was not helpful. Wouldnt recommend

We apologize for the inconvenience but our Wifi is really good and have extra wifi routers all over the entire hotel. Our staff did try to reach all customers but some rooms were not answered. So, couldn't communicate. We apologize on behalf of our staff and always taking required actions to improve our customer service experience.Thank You

The staff is very friendly and the owner is very respectful person ,but the breakfast is beyond expectations 0/10 very poor No elevator the hotel need to be upgraded and the price is expensive in comparison to the facilities there
