Didnt like that you couldnt use the lobby it was closed. You had to use a little window under the stairs. Staff was very sweet and friend!

Easy I-5 access but locked down lobby was inconvenient, no breakfast etc. Biggest reason for poor review is that there was no secure Internet available. Staff shrugged this off like no big deal.

Used my card for deposit n charged the rooms again n plus n xtra 100$ When we had paid for the rooms from a third party already
