We booked this room minutes before check-in because of a situation we had with a previously booked room with another company. The check-in clerk was friendly. The area around the hotel is shady and there are a lot of transients in the location. We felt unsure about leaving our car parked outside, so we parked as close as possible and thankfully nothing happened. The room was outdated and filthy. You could tell it had been cleaned, but the carpet is old and dirty, so no amount of vacuuming will ever clean it. Same with the bathroom and the room itself. It had been cleaned, but it needs DEEP cleaning and new paint. The sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. The breakfast consisted of hard-boiled eggs, pastries, bread, a waffle station, apples, bananas, juice, yogurt. Pretty good offerings. Overall, this was an okay accomodation for a single night. It is not luxury. The best part was the friendly service!

I had to move several rooms due to cleanliness and even the last room I was in was filthy. Maintenance even had to come in a disconnect the bathroom fan because it was extremely load when the bathroom light was turned on.

The room was comfortably warm. Bathroom dirty, Tub dirty (would not shower). Dead and live crickets in the room. The bottoms of my slippers turned dark gray therefore I assume the floor was dirty. Sheets were clean. Blanket and coverlet torn. Would not recommend!
