Mostly pleasant, was grateful to check in early (for $25.00) to the A/C room. Not so thrilled when i saw the condition of the floor that had obviously not been swept let alone cleaned. Sheets were also dirty & stained.
Had to carry the dirty sheets to the lobby to exchange for clean ones, as is their policy.
Then annoyingly realized i had to make my own bed. Ugh! Also having No Coffee in the room or lobby was strange.
Employees were helpful and kind though
The hotel called me and asked if I was still coming. I told them I was driving on the road to their hotel and would be there in about 40 minutes.
There was no receptionist when arriving around 9:00 PM. I called the hotel phone number and their phone rang next to me and no one picked it up. After being there 5-10 minutes, I contacted hotels.com to request a refund since check-in was not possible. I reached an agent and he tried to figure out what was going on. Eventually a reception arrived about 15 minutes after I got to the hotel and was able to check in.
Worst experience of my life. Paid for a room just for the hotel staff to call the cops on me and tell them I didn’t pay for the room. They charged me a deposit on a credit card than turned around and asked me for a cash deposit for towels! Didn’t provide me any towels until the 2nd day I was there! Hotel staff allowed a woman on the property to come to my room and cause an altercation! Didn’t call the cops or anything! Hotel staff is unprofessional & disrespectful! The little skinny dude that works the day time with the mullet is the worst! Thought the way they treated me was actually funny. He found it funny that he called the cops on me and lied to them. He allowed me to pay for the room and than once it was paid for contacted the cops and say I didn’t pay! Told the cops I couldn’t stay on the property anymore and had me removed even tho I paid for the room I was in! Hotel management has yet to reach out to me even though I’ve made countless reports to their corporate office and promised they will reach out to me on monday! Monday came and passed and they did not contact me! These employees violated the detailed required rules and procedures they must follow being the innkeeper! Currently I am searching for an attorney to sue them for all unfair deceptive business practices.
Checked in passed midnight and the clerk had all my information ready to go. It took me less than 5 minutes to get checked in and on my way to some sleep.
It was a comfortable bed in apparent secured building . Clean beds comfortable . No disposable glasses no drinking water available, no Kleenex, never mind coffee in room or lobby . At least there was T.P.
We checked in they gave us a room on the third floor and as soon as we walked into the room both of the beds were untidy and there was vomit in the sink there was a mess all over the floor food everywhere. The kind staff did try to rectify the situation and give us another room but it had already left a very sour taste in her mouth and the room was a lot smaller than I needed so we just decided to leave. We were not offered a refund which I think is wrong.
