Très bel hotel mais...

Personnel aux petits soins.
On regrette le manque d'élégance des procédures, qui conduisent à vous poursuivre après dîner dans votre chambre si le prepaiement des frais annexes est dépassé.
Prix du restaurant Buffet excessif ( 60 à 85 manats). Carte du restaurant la promenade plus raisonnable. Pas de choix en vin.

Nice stay

Room we stayed in, curtains are not fully blinding , considering that the hotel faces the sunrise, it needs to be taken into account

It's not our first time in here and the staff (everyone) are always professional, helpful and amazing. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and the kids enjoy the beach and the pool.

It is clean, nice facilities, lovely view from beach restaurant. Great breakfast. Staff is helpful.
Safety measures at the water park definitely should be improved.
