Room cleaning and comfort is very poor. Almost cannot connect internet. Very poor breakfast.

Avoid due to overbooking
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsMy check-in didn't happen. I was told there were no available rooms and sent to another (substandard) hotel. Next days I was told my six-day reservation didn't exist. Found later. Management was approved by email a few times for compensation for this kind of treatment but didn't even bother to reply. The hotel itself had many issues...

bathroom had terrible smell and shower was not comfortable. sheets were not clean. breakfast and wiev was good. i liked the walnut jam.
