Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr zentral gelegt und von Old City nicht weit entfernt!

My room had AC that stopped at 75F. I had to request a room upgrade three times, and by the time they offered it it was a smaller room on a higher floor (twice they took me to options where the prior occupant had smoked in the room--the rooms reeked--which the porter admitted was a big problem with the guests there) my son had fallen asleep so we stayed. They also put us on the 18th floor failing to mention that there is a restaurant on the 19th floor pumping out LOUD music...the night they played jazz I could hear it down to the individual instrument. The breakfast buffet was very poor - not what you'd see at a Fairmont in North America or Asia. On the plus side, one of the younger concierges was very helpful.

Helpful kind staff, breakfast was perfect also the restaurant staff was super kind. ** room fridge was locked and they asked me for deposit to unlock it, after little argument they opened it

Fantastic hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was large, great decor and the views were amazing. Also, The hotel chef FARJA was wonderful and his food was delicious! We had a great stay!

Tolles Hotel mit super Aussicht

Tolles Hotel mit atemberaubender Aussicht über Baku und das Kaspische Meer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der besten das ich je hatte. Das Bett ist sehr gemüthlich, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer ist riesen groß und wundervoll gestaltet. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses traumhafte Hotel!
