No sense confidentialiy and tactfulness from Hotel

I advised hotel about night arrival 3 times and got confirmation, but when my plane landed I got a text message that hotel is trying to charge my credit card without my presents - and my bank blocked the card.. I had to sort that at 5 am
On the last day some drunk guy was trying to contact me at 1 am and service desk disclosed my information and call my room at 1 am waking me up from deep sleep asking me if I know the guy.. I was shocked.. no disclosure or considerations.

Luxurious hotel, very large and clean rooms, friendly staff, We will definitely stay here again
