Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and Unprofessiona
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsDo not be misled by the Hilton name and stay at this hotel. You will be disappointed.
The customer service team, caused us significant issues.
At check-in and before leaving, we were assured that we could receive a checkout receipt. However, upon checkout, this team did everything in their power to avoid giving us the receipt.
Instead of assisting us, they kept us waiting for over an hour, showing a complete lack of hospitality, which is far from what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. We were treated rudely, ignored, and received no proper attention.
This hotel should absolutely be avoided.
