Not respond to my date change request due to an unexpected flight plan change. I submitted my request days pirio to the original planned arrival. As of today, I didn’t get my my entitled money back that is allowed as clearly stated in the “Cancellation Conditions” clause. I didn’t get my money back.

I booked and paid this hotel with Expedia prior to arrival. They charged me again with my credit card on the check-in day. When I called to complain about multiple charges they hang up on the phone, ran me around for several times. Finally I sent them e-mails about the second charge to dispute they never reply my emails. This happened only 2 weeks ago and the double payment issue never resolved yet.
