Airport shuttle is marked as one of the services at this hotel. It is not, there is no airport shuttle. You have to take a taxi, which is only 30 AZB.

Rooms are not clean properly towels are outdated service is very slow air conditioning thermostat not working over all not good

It's just ok.
Not great, not bad.
The location is great and near everything. The staff some are world class , some should change profession.
The rooms are decent but need to work on plumbing issues.
Overall it was a pleasant experience, but would choose another hotel in my next visit.

Overall, a good hotel in close proximity to the city center with friendly and supportive staff.
I'm fully satisfied!
Our rooms were on the 11th floor, so we enjoyed a nice view from our windows. Noise from the nearby road was audible but did not cause any inconvenience.
