Extremely elegant hotel
Publié le 14 oct. 2019 sur HotelsIn a large suite that any palace would be proud to offer, we had a quiet and very confortable stay. We had excellent food from room service and went to the great spa and pool every day of our stay. A little far from the historic center but they offer a free shuttle to downtown every hour.

Hôtel très excentré Besoin d un taxi cout++++

Pour : Accueil effectue par responsable qui vous aide pour obtention du visa en France
Piscines et spas très biens
Contre : Serveurs bars et restaurants
Carte des boissons
Carte des vins
Emplacement : Très excentré Besoin taxis++++
Baku est une ville magnifique Curiosités +++Shopping+++
Personnel ne parle pas tous anglais couramment
Serveurs des restaurants et des bars désagréables
Refuse de donner carte des boissons
Erreurs ++++ dans la carte des vins ( année erronée ,cépages ?,....)Les serveurs d autres parts n ont aucune connaissance en vin !!!
Pour un grand hôtel non acceptable!

Super nice staff / wanted to show me all the facilities in the hotel and they gave me an upgrade which is very nice

Not a 5 star hotel

After 3 days I couldn't hing else to my room even though I paid in advance for 7 nights and offered to leave my credit card I had to come down at 11PM to clear upy bill and then leave a $400 credit on my card. When I went to check out I asked them at 10AM to have my bill ready for 1AM the following day. When I went to check out nothing was ready and I spent 35-40 minutes checking out.

Highly appreciate your valued feedback in regards of your recent stay.
As per our information, after your transportation request our reservation department had answered to you with the options which wasn't responded back.
Front desk had send an information letter for in order to have the new level of the deposit.
Our system supports to present the bill automatically 24 hours.

They didnt the bersheet and towels daily and sometimed i have ti call 2ctimes fir water shower gel etc
