Не соответствует описанию и цене. Нет нумерации на домах, местные в 100метрах от него не знают о нем. О ресторане - это столовая для бутербродов и чая, слово кетчуп или майонез вызывают удивление. Вешалок не хватает, холодильника нет, розетки сломаны, тв не ловит сигнал, интернет слабенький, номера не убирают, эапахх табака. При выходе будьте осторожны после ступенек скоростная трасса без ограждений. Плюсы-круглосуточно очень горячая вода, кондиционер, новые матрацы

В прошлом году у вас было всё на высшем уровне. Но в этом году мы разочаровались,было грязно в номере и затрак ужасен!! Только постельное бельё было чистое !!

Dear Expedia Regarding your feedback request; Riva Plaza Hotel was under construction and hadn't any door to the street! we entered from a small door and reception was on the second floor! no one was in front of the door to the street too and we were confused that is it a correct address for this hotel or no finally we found the name of the hotel on the wall at the middle of the corridor near the elevator. finally, they received us as some new guests and showed us three rooms and none of them was suitable. The manager of the hotel asked us to relocate from their hotel to another branch of their hotel near the downtown and took a taxi for us to the Gorgud Plaza and Hotel, The entrance of the hotel was good and had a beautiful lobby but the rooms were terrible door locks always had problem and we were forced to go to the lobby and ask them to open the door of our room, however we asked from hotel for room cleaning, no one cleaned the room during our stay and bed was broken too! on the floor of the room was a lot of hair and dirty carpet, it was in all of the rooms not only our room! finally, we passed this stay in Baku but wasn't satisfy form hotels. The other thing that the new hotel was cheaper than the Riva hotel and we will be happy if you consider it! Hope we get better service next time. Kind regards

Absolutely dirty entrance,, the lift hardly ever worked , in 8 days stay they never cleaned my room once, the restaurant was dirty and they only supplied a poor choice breakfast, I could not see out of my window because it was so dirty, building site next door drilling all day long, many power cuts and the internet always failing.

Konaklama ödemesi yapıldığında sitenizdeki numa ile iletişimi geçtiğimizde telefonlarımıza cevap verilmedi.whatsaap üzerindendr bilgi verilmesine rağmen geri dönüş yapılmadı.odalar soğuktu ısıtıcı istendi ve verildi.kahvaltı yok denildi.sicak nişeyler içmek bile zordu
