The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. I used an empty paper bag for waste basket. What more can I complain about since the hotel rate is very affordable.

I realize this is a budget motel (not a hotel) but there are some issues. Not very clean (ants everywhere), roosters next door noisy at all hours (no roosters should be near!), no hot water in our room and the onsite staff was not sure what to do (or they had no authority to do anything, eventually moved us to another room after calling someone), bed was super firm and not comfy at all, TV still had a price tag on the middle of the screen! There were no other TV channels than some fuzzy local ones, internet does not work in most rooms (just closest to the lobby) and is slow, it is a good location and is priced ok. Onsite parking was ok too.
