Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable reservation. Very disappointed.

I stayed here for 5 days. I noticed they missed cleaning the room one day. 2 of 5 they didn’t leave water bottles. They are not consistent. Bathroom is outdated. Water sips out of shower door which I also complained to the front desk. Over all its an ok facility. Thanks

The hotel is located at the center of Balanga City, very accessible to places of interest in the city. It is next to the City Hall and Cathedral Parish of St. Joseph is just across. Most importantly, what really made our stay very pleasant is the attitude of all the hotel staff. From the people who’ll meet you at the ground floor, (since the reception is on the 3rd floor), the two pretty ladies at the reception, to the people at the restaurant, they were all very gracious, attentive, informative, respectful and ever-smiling. I can say they had a very good training in customer service.
