Bedding damp, room cold, rodent in ceiling space, light streaming in through glass front door, floor uneven and breaking up, no-one on reception.

Its not what I didn't like staying at the place. As the place is very reasonable in price concidering the places around the area. For short stays its good. Comfy bed shower and toilet facilities. Place is clean what more do you want. I noticed people want everything for a cheap price. Simple rooms with a bathroom. The couple running the site are lovely and friendly but if booking to stay please read what your needs are.

OYO Tudor Stevenage - unpleasent stay
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsThe stay for one night as a couple was terrible, want to forget about it ASAP. The floor panels are risk hazard, room was cramped and noisy with unpleasant audio from next room. I'm staying another night later this month and want to cancel if I can without cost.

Room was damp and has me and my partner poorly.. there child was outside crying and screaming from early!!
Really rude on arrival when we asked if we could pay to check in early as we had a festival…

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was basic but clean, there was no hot water so i couldn't take a shower also no soap was provided in the shower not that i could use it, the lights were kept on all night outside the room so it was very bright in the room
