Great Cozy Cabin

Family & friends fishing fun
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Chateau was very clean and nicely decorated. A warm comfortable home invited us all in to relax. The fishing was difficult but the time spent at the cottage was relaxing and stress free. The hosts had a nice book out with all the instructions and attractions, as well as a nice bottle of wine.

Girls getaway
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe come yearly, my best friend and I. We started staying exclusively at this property last year because it checks EVERY box for us. Close to town yet semi secluded. Hot tub, beautiful view of big bucks and herring, close trout fishing. Love it!

Great cottage!
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have no complaints. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, plenty of space indoors. We made use of the fire pit every night. Loved the hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the 20 or so turkeys running through the yard from the swing. The lake is a 5 minute walk. There is access to launch your kayaks, but not a lot of space to sit in the sand. It was a joy to stay here!

Yes - not a huge space for using the beach but at least it is close and you could put your kayaks in and enjoy the lake.

Week of rest and relaxation
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCottage was super cute. Very clean and cozy. We were a little disappointed that the wet land in the back was dried up but it was still a very peaceful view. Enjoyed the hot tub however do wish it had a little bit more privacy from neighbors, fortunately they were not home during our stay. Over all we had a nice relaxing time.

Thanks for the feedback. The wetland in the back dried up this spring and we are hoping for some rain this fall to help re-establish the beauty and wildlife it brings.

Cute cabin getaway
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the cabin! Kitchen is well stocked! The property is nicely shaded and we took advantage of that with our hammocks! Super hot while we were there so only used the hot tub once but can see that it’s a nice bonus perk!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway
