Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in central NY visiting family and needed a 6 bedroom place so this property was ideal. It was spacious enough for 9 of us and the views of the Seneca River from the sun room were lovely to wake up to. We thank Karl for leaving his pool open because the weather was like summer and we spent a lot of time swimming, using the sauna and jacuzzi and playing corn hole. We will definitely stay here again our next visit.

Great stay and great host
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very specious and was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The bathroom on the main floor needs so renos, to remove the mold and fix the toilet paper roll holder. We didn't use it because of that. The upstairs was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. The pool was clean although we didn’t get to swim nor use the hot tub (just not enough hours in a day). Lots of towels for everyone. The one thing we would suggest to the owner is a deep clean. Host was quick in responding to emails. Would reserve again, once the main bathroom is renovated. :)

The house is very big and has room for more than one family
The pool was perfect, the sunsets and sunrise are magical, great jacuzzi and pool table
We rented the boat as well and it added to our experience
Went out for a boat ride every day and jumped from the boat to the water.
The house is very well equipped, Karl really thought of everything with small touches that supprised us
Very close to stores and restaurants
Thank you for a fun vacation

Wonderful property
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery roomy vacation rental right on the river. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the pool, fishing docks, and million dollar views. Host was easily reachable with any questions or concerns.

DIRTY AND IN DISREPAIR
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAlthough the view is beautiful and amenities outside are good, the inside is in desperate need of a deep clean. It was so bad I took photos of all of it. The owners and their dog were on the property when we arrived an hour after check-in and left the house as follows. The first thing that hits you when you enter is the overpowering smell of mildew. The main level bathroom floor was covered in hair, layers of grime and mouse droppings so we had to clean it. You could hear the mice scratching behind the walls at night. All carpeting in the living room, dining room, stairs as well as bedroom runners and bathmats were filthy and badly stained. The couches were covered in dog hair and this is not disclosed in the listing. Anyone with allergies to animal hair, dust, mold and mildew beware. Anyone with mobility issues be advised there are many tripping hazards present. From rotten, warped deck boards with nail heads protruding to multi-level carpeted stairs cases missing handrails and throw rugs on top of carpeting. These are legitimate health and safety issues that need to be addressed. In its current condition I would not recommend.

Had a blast!
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time at this house! Had 12 people (most adults) and we had plenty of room and were not crowded at all. The pool was so fun, loved the slide! We fished quite a bit off the dock. I messaged with the homeowner a few times and he was very quick to respond. Would definitely go back!!!

Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOwner keeps improving property with paved driveway, hot tub, and saltwater pool system. Property was great. We had more than enough room. Great communication with owner. 2nd time for us and never disappointed.
