The place is run down, no towels in the rooms and no soaps. The tiles on the floor was torn down and it does not anytime you need something just for hot water you have to pay. Not recommended at all. We arrived so late and we do not know the place so we have to stay the night. Terriblr.

Good day ! The tiles just worn out while your stay. It ticks on your 2nd day and out of our control and its imposible to fix ASAP. But its all fix now mam. As i have told you po we are not a hotel that provides all amenities. (our rate is too far from hotel rates) that why its not included. I believe I gave my 100% of my service even of these circumstances Thank you mam for your stay.

It was a pleasant stay. The lady manager who does the all around works to accomodate us and our request, even gave us tips where to dine and places to go. I commend her for the efforts.
To HOTELS.COM you should be promt remmiting to them whats should be theirs. Its their hotel we are paying and staying, not your.
