We had been there during winter. They have real problem with hot water supply. You have to tell them in advance every time you are going to use the bathroom - for hot water. It is also dangerous to walk around in the campus. My wife got stuck by some kind of tiny thorns (resulting in bleeding and painful feet), while walking around.- a definite health hazard. Some of the items are charged at up to 10 times the normal price like a water bottle of Rs.10 is sold at Rs.100 there, if you need any extra.

Refers to your above feedback I have checked with my staff regarding your hot water problem & they said that we inform guest about hot water & you said that you need at 5 am, we arranged the same but you used at 7 am so that's not our fault. Also at the time of check in our staff informed you that you need to call at reception 5 minutes before you require water but you had not informed us when you told this to our staff within 5 minutes there was hot water in your room and you again complaint that water was too hot . Regarding the prices if you go everywhere in good hotel the charges are same & you wont get mineral water in any good hotel @ Rs 10. We are running property since 3 years & never got such complain.
