This hotel is a very well appointed with an exceptionally helpful staff. It boasts a number of restaurants on site, including a rooftop bar with majestic views of the city. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had.

Stay somewhere else
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsI would not recommend saying here - room key really didn’t work, basin didn’t empty, no atmosphere in the restaurant. We were unlucky and had a connecting room where you could hear every sound from next door and I mean every sound from bathroom noises to every single word spoken.
They agreed to a late check out free of charge (2pm instead of noon) then phoned us at 1pm to say we’d be charged 50% of the room rate for this….
On the plus side - the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good but I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in Balikpapan
