Old motel, nice quiet A/C, bed, hot water all good. Bit pricey for the moderate level of comfort. Clean and good ventilation as there was a stink of deodorant. Would stay again for a good night sleep, but would negotiate for better deal.

Nice venue, dated furnishings and no hairdryer. Hot water took 10 minutes to heat up to a decent temperature.

Thank you however there is a wall attached hairdryer in all bathrooms. Sorry about the hot water, will look into it.

Worst hotel ever

Booked through wotif many times, the place was disgusting, room was filthy, heater nobs missing, door handles missing, only three lounge chairs in a family room for four ppl and the weekend manager said in his opinion it's less than a three star rating... had to leave our key on doorstep as we left as specified on a note at the front locked reception door... pathetic

Thank you for your comments Rachel, the heater with missing nobs never worked - your heating is the split system unit on the wall. The signage on the door explains that if the door is locked, the staff are working around the motel - a bell is next to the door for attention.

The staff was friendly, polite. The beds were on wheels... on a smooth, flat surface. We rolled ALL OVER THE ROOM. The joke wore thin pretty quickly. My daughter fell off her bed a few times. The beds were so slippery they were near impossible to sleep on. There was also only one blanket between two sheets - not suitable for this area in winter. We were cold. The WiFi password didn’t work for the internet. No value for money.

Good Morning Sarah, apologies on bed rolling around. I will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to stop it happening again. We do have spare blankets in the drawers. WiFi is an issue with Telstra NBN at the moment, hope they ratify the problems soon.

Spacious rooms with a quiet country outlook.

The rooms at the front with the lovely views out to the Victorian countryside are the pick. It seems previous issues regarding hot water (which I noticed mentioned on older reviews) have been sorted. The room we stayed in had been recently renovated judging by the modern decor and floating floor.

Nice hotel room was good and had a good sleep no real traffic noise, the shower was a little slow to get hot but was ok

Staff very rude

Staff did not want to help with enquiries. The room wasnt as stated. I was never rude in return. I just dtsted the facilities weren't what thd advertisement stated.

Disappointingly Julie, you booked a low budget room for your mother and she was not happy the moment she arrived. Your threats over numerous phone calls did not help the situation and we were glad they left before the police arrived.

The room was very spacious Bed was nice just hard for us Only thing we weren’t to happy was the water pressure well a lack of and the amount of time it took to get hot (no cold needed)

Thank you Dan, the rooms are larger than normal motel rooms but sorry about the hard bed. We are sourcing new hot water systems to replace the one we currently have. Hope this happens soon.
