Peaceful retreat

They said breakfast was available but it wasn't so that was a bit disappointing and in the bedroom the blinds didn't fully block out the windows so we got woken up quite early by the sun

These rooms were huge, and had really great space for luggage, seating and kitchen facilities. The benches were so handy! The beds were really comfy, the heater was great for the Ballarat winter, check-in/out was easy, parking was easy, and it was a really convenient spot for us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Handy location but will not return.
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was that the room smelt like Tom cat pee, it was small but ok, I got excited to see electric blankets on the bed, they didn’t work, the bathroom looked really nice everything looked fresh, unfortunately the water was luke warm which is not ideal in the middle of winter in Ballarat. I tried to ask the owner a question about whether the drive way was a two way drive ( as there was angle parking so I wasn’t sure if I had to go out a different way that I came in. He had no idea what I was saying and just kept telling me to put my key in the box. It was very frustrating, the place looks lovely from the out side and maybe I just got a dud room, but I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Clean, tidy room

Dirty horrible hotel, cold & dusty. Manager was a pig when I discussed with him.
Do not book, money grabbing rip off. I was left feeling so deflated and upset but he did not care less. Stay somewhere else.
