We were on the 1st level, with rooms above us, the occupants upstairs were very noisy, until 10pm.
I didn’t like the confinement of the room.
We dined at Lola Restaurant, a bit pricey, the food was delicious. However the 2 course special with a Wine or Beer was good value.
The car parking is hit and miss as patrons dining at the restaurant take the parking. Otherwise their is street parking meters.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs food was delicious, and staff were very accommodating.

Decent hotel, read the fine print
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed at the Provincial in a 2-bedroom for 2 nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was attractive, and our breakfast there was good. Two things for future guests to note: First, the reception closes at 5:30pm. We didn't realize that and almost missed the check-in time, which is very early for a hotel. Second, in our 2- bedroom, the second bedroom was accessed through the first. This was pretty awkward; our friend had to walk through our room and past our bed every time he wanted to get to his room or the bathroom. This arrangement would work well for families with kids, but was not great for friends traveling together.

Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room I had was tiny, but the bed was big and the most comfortable I've slept in. Good quality shampoo, soap, moisturizer etc. Small fridge in room. Wardrobe in room, one chair and desk. So had everything you needed but it was small and I heard people entering and exiting in the room opposite. Didn't eat there because I had such a good sleep I missed breakfast. I did get the cheapest room and the others are bigger.

Lovely, clean and quiet hotel, directly opposite the station and with secure off street parking if you have a car. Lovely fresh room and bathroom. Would stay here again.
