Publié le 9 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayUne propriété de rêve dans un décor magnifique. Nous avons loué plusieurs maisons au Costa Rica et La Benedicion se place en tête de liste. Dawn la manager est très gentille et attentionnée. Ce fut un séjour mémorable.

Magnifique séjour à la résidence Bendicion!
Publié le 7 août 2022 sur HomeAwayNous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à la maison Bendicion. La maison est vaste, entièrement équipée et très propre. Elle offre des lits confortables parfaitement adaptés aux familles. La beauté du lieu est aussi digne de mention. Jardin bien entretenu et offrant une vue sur l’océan. Nous tenons à souligner l’accueil chaleureux de Dawn et souhaitons la remercier pour ses références de restaurants, sa diligence à répondre à nos questions et pour l’excellent service rendu pendant notre séjour. Son dévouement a été apprécié et remarqué par nous tous. Merci!

Publié le 31 janv. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at la Bendicion. The view around the pool and the garden is breathtaking. As previously mentionned, 3/4 bedrooms are separated from the house and each has its own private bathroom, except for two of the bedrooms which share one, so you’ll never feel like you’re all on top of each other if you’re a larger group.
Carol answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us so many recommendations. She also provided us with two play pens for the babies as well as a high chair. Romulo, the house manager, was also very nice and was always available if we needed him.
The only thing we would note is that the ceramic right around the pool is anti-slip, but the ceramic on the patio with the dining table isn’t, therefore it can be slippery coming out of the pool if you don’t dry yourself well.

Séjour de rêve à Ojochal
Publié le 22 août 2019 sur HomeAwayLa villa est juste exceptionnelle, comme l'annonce le laisse penser. Romulo est à notre service dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour ceux qui veulent passer quelques jours dans la région d'Uvita qui offre temps de choses à découvrir.

Villa magnifique, jardins splendides, un séjour inoubliable !

Les prestations de la villa sont de très bonne qualité, nous avons apprécié la présence de l'enceinte sans fil bluetooth pour profiter de la musique sur la terrasse , la piscine est grande et bien entretenue , la villa est au calme avec vue sur l'océan, les toucans et autres oiseaux nous ont survolé, des plages paradisiaques a proximité et Romulo qui s occupe de la maison est disponible, sympathique et de bons conseils ! A conseiller !

Tropical paradise- didn't want to leave
Publié le 26 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas at La Bendicion with our family and friends. The property and house were outstanding and exceeded our expectations, with Macaws and lots of birds flying around. We were all blow away by the views as soon as we stepped on the property. The property manager was incredible, she was very responsive to our questions or any issues we may have encountered which were very few. They really went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing, they even decorated the house for Christmas including 2 Christmas trees. The house is close to all amenities and there are many different types of adventure excursions within driving distance away. We plan to come back here again as soon as we can!

Just amazing.
Publié le 25 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayReally can’t say anything bad about this place, it was super clean and very well stocked, the kitchen had everything you could think of including spices and basic staples. The place had a big supply of board/card games, books, local maps, pool toys and towels. All you need to bring is your own personal things!
Check in (and out) was super quick and easy, Dawn the property manager was very nice and helpful with any question about the property or local area.
The local area is quiet at the house, but yet close to lots of attractions and stores should you need something. The list of tours and recommendations given by the host was helpful, we did several of them and they were awesome.
The house and yard are very well maintained. It really is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We have already recommended it to several of our friends.

Costa Rica dream house
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful home & grounds. Felt very safe. Numerous restaurants nearby. Dawn & her husband Steve were excellent in responding to our questions/needs. Great for our family of 9. The weather was also wonderful for our New Years vacation.
