Avis Pool, A/C, 3 min to beach/town, ocean view, private, lots of wildlife!

Thank you for writing a thoughtful and full review; we always appreciate the feedback. We are always happy that our guests love the home and its surroundings; we truly have a special place to visit. Natasha is indeed excellent and is always there to help our guests. I would like to address your concerns. Regarding the oven, this is a valid issue that we have since corrected. When we first listed the home, we specified that it was a toaster oven; however, at some point, that setting swapped to just "oven." I do apologize for this, and again, I have corrected the description. While we don't have a traditional oven, we offer the gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, and most other kitchen necessities. Unfortunately, just prior to your arrival, our previous grill stopped working. While we always try to get things swapped in as soon as possible, it can be a challenge in CR and often takes longer than we expect, which was the case here. I am glad that it arrived so that you could at least have access for a short window, but rest assured, we don't take those delays lightly. The home's A/C is limited to the bedrooms only. Electricity is very expensive in CR, so having it for the entire house would be cost-prohibitive to our guests, as we would have to charge significantly more. In addition, most guests have the windows and doors open all day, again causing a whole-house AC system to run constantly. Apologies if there was confusion on this issue. Lastly, we did indeed have a leak in the lower level of the home, which required significant repairs right after your reservation. We fixed the issue, and the following two guests have made no mention of any smell or issues. Thankfully, this problem has been resolved as well. I am very sorry for the issues you mentioned, but I wanted you to know that we make every attempt to resolve things efficiently and in a timely manner. We would love to have you back in the home in the future to make your stay 100% perfect. Please reach out to me if you would ever like to make that happen.

Your time in Uvita, Costa Rica, was truly magical!
