1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong.
2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark
3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked
4) no internet provided during our stay.
5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay
6) I have been trying to reach the property for refund but the property manager has been ignoring all my texts very conveniently
7) in all there is nothing that I can do

Hi Yogita1 We deeply sorry as it’s clear to us that the email the concierge sent you weeks before your arrival with the correct GPSLocation was not clear enough to you and we are working on that so this will not happen again.2 unfortunately you google the address and did not use the GPS location provided in the email sent by the concierge weeks before your arrival, as mentioned before, we will work on make it more easy and clear to understand.3 yes it was unfortunate that the villa originally booked had a electrical problem that day and the concierge relocate you in a different villa but same category.4 Yes there was a problem with the internet and it was something out of control and related with the internet provider.5 Yes there was no water at the check in time but that was resolved in minutes as the water valve was close and the water issue was resolved as soon as the valve was open.6 we will follow up on this as the concierge should be available 24/7 for all our guest.Regarding the refund:You’re stay was free of charge as we did not charge you anything due to the several inconveniences you had on your stay.

1. there are no signs to find the location from the road
2. the place is dirty, It is a beautiful villa that has not been properly maintained. there is no Pool, the property stated that there was a public pool, and there is an option to have a private pool. the private pool option is a very small pool. The linen is dirty , the pillows are so dirty you wont put your head on it. the water ran out. we called the concierge asking about where the pool is since I had called expedia and verified that there was a public pool option i did not wan the private pool. the concierge said there is no pool. after the water ran out we just left to a hotel. The place is horrible. Mainly because of no maintenance. The location is very nice and it has potential but if you are ok with a dirty place then go for it. Otherwise I suggest you go elsewhere.

We regret you did not fully enjoyed your time in the villa.
We understand you were in contact with our concierge in advance to the arrival date and he gave you full instruction on how to get to our place, of course we will review this instruction as if you could not find us easy with them it means we will need to improve them.
On Expedia we advertise 2 bedroom villas and 2 bedroom villas private pool you booked a 2 bedroom villa online so this was the type of unit assigned to your booking, in order to avoid misunderstood in the future we will change de category of the villa so it is clear enough that a 2 bedroom villa do not have a pool.
Unfortunately is impossible for Expedia agents to know all the places they have on their site and I understand they must give you incorrect information about a community pool.
I went to the villa earlier today to follow up on your comments about the linen and we will replace all the linens immediately.
Again thank you very much for the time you use to prepare and send us the feed back.

Spectacular view of the coast
Publié le 27 janv. 2015 sur HotelsMy family and I stayed just one night at Tekoa. The views from the house were absolutely spectacular due to the location of the house at the top of the driveway. This however proved difficult for our car to get up the very steep stoney driveway. The house however was very large and luxurious. The laundry came in very handy as did the pool. However, when we arrived the pool had not been checked and was half full. The Manager however had it fixed immediately. The house has everything that we needed and more. We would recommend it to clients with their own transport, as it is a distance from the Dominical townsite.
