Publié le 14 janv. 2019 sur Hotelsapartment 18 could do with some bathroom and shower upgrading. the shower gets clogged and water flows out of the shower,
no one was at reception at 8:30am when I wanted to check out so I did not get my deposit back as yet.
cleaning ladies are quiet helpful

We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with the shower. We attempt to always resolve issues as soon as they are brought to our attention. We will however look at the shower in no. 18 and thank you for bringing that to our attention.
Our offices open on a Sunday just after 08h00. We apologise for not being here to see you and refund your security deposit. We have received your bank details and have already forwarded it to our accounts for processing.

The swimming pool was disappointing and the restaurant was closed....

Dear Anonymous, thank you for staying with us. Our guests have access two swimming pools, one right next to the apartments at the clubhouse and a brand new one 100 meters dedicated for younger families. We also have a beach clubhouse that is off site.
The restaurant, Ray's Kitchen, is open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week and open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday. We sorry it was closed for dinner on the day of your visit.

Excellent sea views in our apartment. Good amenities in a secure gated estate. Few issues reported in the apartment dealt with efficiently by reception staff

There are buck and monkeys on the estate which make your stay feel unique! Free wifi, excellent space, amazing bathrooms and the property os well equipped fro kids with a play area. Rays Kitchen is delightful and so convenient to have a meal. There's a shopping centre just across the way which makes things even more pleasant! highly reccommeded, will definitely stay here again :)
