My stay was amazing. Simply amazing. The only comments I may have are for the staff to please fix the toilet seats in the unit. Otherwise, what an amazing stay. The pool was so clean ❤️

Value for money (off season), spacious chalets, friendly cleaning staff, well equipped self catering kitchen

Terrible facility

Such a disappointing experience. The facilities and room are dilapidated and falling apart. Serious maintenance is needed inside rooms, to kids play area and overall property. The hygiene levels are not up to par The self catering unit offers mix matched, crockery and cutlery whilst the kitchenette is dirty and cupboards chipped and rotting. The staff are unprofessional and not helpful at all. We had to ask twice for toilet paper because no room service was offered. The safe didn’t work. There was no iron in the room. No wifi as promised. Just a very disappointing holiday stay. Still waiting on an apology. Pitiful service.
