good suite but needs a few changes
Publié le 16 avr. 2018 sur HotelsThis was a good place to stay for a few days. the suite was good, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the power plugs on most of the items where european with no adapter to SA plug style. the inventory checklist was a mess and items were missing and incorrectly recorded. When we spoke to reception- they said nothing they can do as owner deals with it. within a few hours we had an adapter for the tv only and a few more towels. I think the inventory checklist makes this suite feel cheap and should be removed. The use of the valley of pools was only possible by a R50 taxi ride there - should be a free shuttle service in my opinion. the terrace had no seating/table to enjoy the lovely sea view (disappointing). Overall good experience but could be a excellent stay if a few changes are made.
