Easy access to the airport. Lack of usb ports. I only packed one usb plugin & needed to charge all my devices for the upcoming long flight.

The hotel advertises free shuttle from the airport. That’s why I selected them. However, on arrival I was told that the free shuttle ends at 10 pm. My normally scheduled flight arrived at 11. I had to pay $25 for a car service to get me 2 miles to the hotel! I would understand if I was arriving at 2 am, however the hotel needs to be aware of flight arrival schedules before setting an arbitrary 10 pm end of shuttle service.

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that it needs to be made clear that you must call to have the shuttle pick you up at the airport. Recorded message and property description suggest the shuttle will come every 30 minutes. It does, but only after you call to request a pickup.

A nice place
It is a nice place with good amenities. I love the positioning of the bed and how the bathroom is with the sliding door. The pillows suck though. Please. Firmer pillow upgrade to these rooms. I would stay there again but with my own pillow.
