Avons dû demander un changement de chambre

J’avais réservé une chambre avec un foyer et 2 lits, car nous avions un enfant. La sécurité de la chambre était compromise par une mauvaise installation de la serrure de la porte. (le verrou de sécurité était monté à l’envers) et il y avait une puissante odeur de vernis dans la chambre (les portes d’armoires avaient été rénovées dans les heures précédentes.) Le tapis de la chambre montrait une immense tache au beau milieu de la pièce. Lors de notre changement de chambre, la chambre qu’on nous a offerte n’avait qu’un lit king et... pas de foyer. Je n’ai pas eu droit à un crédit pour ce déclassement. L’entretien extérieur laissait à désirer.

Wasnt expecting much... worse than expected

We booked this as a late decision to stay out for the night and were not expecting a 5 star experience by any stretch... the first room we were given had issues with the keys. The desk attendant upgraded our room to the “penthouse suite” for the trouble. The room has potential to be very nice with a bed and bathroom upstairs in a loft, a bed and bath, living room and kitchenette on the main level. The issues were more than cosmetic... the mattress had visible stains all over the sides that weren’t covered by the sheets, the paint was coming off the walls in several places, there extensions cords to connect electronics, the built in shelves is the showers were missing pieces.. All in all it was awful. We checked in, got into the room took a look around an moped right on back the car...

Terrible

Stay away from this hotel. The police were called 4 times during my stay because of a loud party taking place in the parking lot. The room was dirty and run down, and the toilet did not flush well. Enough. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Never again.

Check-in was through a plexiglass slot in the front door. The person doing the check-in seemed terrified of contact or something. We arrived after dark and the sign at the street was hidden by trees and not illuminated. There was no signage at all at the building entrance. We drove past 3 times before stopping. The lock on the room door was broken. No one answered the phone at the front desk. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and surfaces were stained and old. The room felt unsafe and unhealthy. Worst hotel experience of my life.

When i arrived at 7pm the front door was locked. Had to use a phone on the wall to get someone to check us in. Then was serviced through a mailbox slot. The location looked like an apartment complex. Smell of weed as i walked up to the building. The next night i get back at 10 pm was not able to get clean towels had to wait til morning. The place need an upgrade.

Had a non smoking room that smelled like nothing but smoke shower doesn’t stay hot at all people all over the place all hours of the night
