The staff who checked is in were great, but the shuttle didn't run early enough for our flight, the whole floor we were on smelled like old cigarette smoke, the bathroom sink was missing a stopper, the pillow had someone's makeup on it, and the wallpaper was falling down.

Deplorable..
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsDeplorable unclean. Upper floors and parking lot smelled like stale urine. The AC unit was 3 d3cades old and crudded with black caked old dirt. Carpets on room floors badly soiled.. It is gross.

There was like water damage on the walls going into our hotel room and the hallway had a really bad odor almost made husband sick!

The interior needs updating. Staff members were helpful and respectful. The managers were very responsive
