I usually like staying here with no problems. A couple of problems were, no soap in the bathroom and no one to bring me soap. Only one person at the front desk. The phone was broken and the room stank of cigarette smoke.

Very dirty. When we checked in, there were actually two other separate customers asking to switch rooms. One of them was saying that their room smelled bad and the other one had a TV that didn’t work. As soon as we checked into our room, there was a knock at the door and we open it and it was maintenance. Apparently the air conditioner did not work and they knew this based on the previous customers. But they put us in this room anyway. So of course we had to switch rooms. It was just a hassle. Things were not clean at all and I’m going to be honest when I say I was a little worried about getting bedbugs. These guys really need to do a better job with cleaning. It’s not cheap getting a hotel room and it was pretty disappointing.

We stayed for four nights. The following problems persisted throughout our stay. 1. Wifi was terrible. Forced us to incur roaming charges we otherwise wouldn’t have incurred. 2. Bad wifi also caused terrible tv reception 3. No juice or water at breakfast. 4. No hand soap in the entire hotel! 5. In-room coffee maker was unusable as the coffee filter tray was missing.
