This hotel advertised a restaurant, but it was only open for a breakfast buffet only (host said that was the only option). I stayed on the weekend and the entire restaurant was closed all Saturday and Sunday night and afternoon. Linens on the bed were not clean along with glasses/ice bucket in the room when I checked in. They were both dirty and had been used. I was too tired after traveling to request another room.

There is no excuse for poor cleanliness with the glasses/ice bucket. Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner every day. We close between lunch & dinner (closed from 2pm - 5pm). We are sorry for any miscommunication during your stay and only having the breakfast buffet available. We are addressing the matters with our team to improve our offerings for the future. We hope you might consider giving us another chance to have you as a guest. Please contact me directly and I would be happy to coordinate a reservation. I spoke with you earlier today about getting you a receipt, so you now have my contact information. Please do let me know if I can coordinate a future reservation for you. Our apologies again.
