Hôtel bien situé

Les chambres sont propres et confortables et facile d'accès a 3 minutes de la Hwy 695 et a + ou - 30 min de la Hwy 95. Pour le petit déjeuner, la publicité mentionne qu'un petit déjeuner est servi, mais il est plutôt minimaliste, on nous offres comme déjeuner des barres tendres quelques fruits et du café placer sur le dessus d'un meuble dans l'entré de l'hôtel. On se sert et on repart a notre chambre. il n'y a pas d'endroit spécifique pour le déjeuner sauf notre chambre. Si on loue une chambre la fin de semaine, il serait préférable de prendre une chambre qui donne a l'arrière de l'hôtel (côté sud) puisque les chambres de l'avant (coté nord) donne sur un bar avec musique qui joue assez forte sur la rue d'en face. Si on veut dormir avec fenêtre ouverte cela peut nous incommoder un peu. L'hôtel est bien situé puisque nous sommes a environs 30 minutes d'Annapolis et 45 min de Washington au sud et 20 min de Baltimore au nord. Pour le prix c'est un bon Hôtel principalement due a sa situation géographique.

Staff was always professional and courteous. The grounds were kept nice. Sometimes there was too much crowding out front. Overall it was nice. I’ll book here again

The manager refused to extend us because I was 15 mins late checking in… I was staying long term or trying to atleast but I had to pay for each day. On like day four or five I went to extend and because I didn’t pay by noon she refused to extend my stay however my app said I didn’t have to check in until like 4pm. She had a terrible attitude from the get go from days of earlier and wouldn’t even hear me out even though I explained I was at the hospital the night before and had paperwork to prove it.

The rooms smelled, there were roaches, and the hallways are not aesthetically inviting. If you just need to get some sleep - then this works.

Everything was kept up well and the staff were all courteous and professional. I would prefer weekly room cleaning for long-term stays rather than biweekly. Sometimes a lot of activity ouThat’s a little too long imo. But overall it was ok. I would book here again

There was clearly what looked to be a bullet hole in our window. The door didn’t lock so we used the fridge. Also, no blow dryers at the facility. Be sure to pack your own.
