This property got rid of valet parking. Those guys were the best and this was a huge reason we booked over and over. We will rethink that now

I was told when I arrived to get my room that I’m lucky they had one available, I said, umm I booked it 4 weeks ago, pretty rude. The room was very large, but had a very strong smoke odor. Everything we had there now smells terrible. They need to deep down clean this room.
