Staff was unhelpful at times with answering questions regarding the valet services and room service. With regards to room service, we had to ask for clean cups, body soap to be refilled, toilet paper wasn’t replaced - all after a room service was provided. We also had found a set of fake eye lashes in our sheets.

It’s the old Peabody Hotel which has been renovated. It’s not the old fashioned grand hotel decor that it was but is very nice and fresh. The location is great and is right on the park where Baltimore’s Washington Monument is. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff - warm, kind, inviting, helpful -nothing is a problem and always happy to help. Don’t know how they do it but don’t change a thing!

We stayed 2 nights. Our king suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager at the rooftop bar was very nice and helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is GORGEOUS. I am often hard to please but I was absolutely enamoured with this hotel. The decor and colour scheme provide such a great vibe. Hats off to the interior designer, such character and charm in this pretty part of town. The furnishings are all high-end wood, everything from the floors, curtains and doors just say quality. I absolutely adored the coffee corner with its plastic-free kettle, paper pour-over filters and beautiful ceramic cups! (Not the disposable trash you get in most other hotel rooms). The lobby has lovely plants and areas to chill and relax. Oh and it has karaoke booths on the bottom floor, and a bar with stunning panoramic views of Baltimore on the top! Free wi-fi, the staff are lovely... I could go on and on. I didn't even mention the view from our room of the Washington Monument all lit up at night. I was so sad to leave.

Receptionist was awesome. I need a desk in my room to work and she changed no issues.
