Coussins du canapé dans la chambre taché à plusieurs endroits. Fauteuils dans la hall déchirés. L’entretien de cet hôtel laisse à désirer. Dommage car généralement les HYATT place sont des hôtels agréables

The carpets were a bit worn and the halls could have been brighter, but those were my only complaints.

Receptionist was very courteous and greeted with good smile.
Overall pleasant experience of check in.

this should be non smoking But it isnt
My room was near the stairs where someone was smoking blunts and vaping the lady that answered the phone said if i didn't have a room number she couldn't do anything . being highly sensitive to smoke i wont be back .

They are supposed to be in the middle of an upgrade but still needs work. Dirty, stained carpets in room and hallways. Although there seemed to be new vanities but shower was questionable

The customer service was awful and inconsiderate of guest's situation.

When I first arrived to the property. The lady at the front desk in the morning was very rude and had an attitude . It made me start to cancel my reservation and look for another place to stay.
