Had a higher expectation of the hyatt. The property is outdated. Had an odor in the halls and the rooms. Also Smelled of weed every where (hallways, elevator and near the vents) Paid more money expecting higher tier but you are only paying for the name. The Monday thru Friday staff are very friendly, quick and solution oriented. The weekend staff are rude and only do the minimum.

What i did not like about the hotel is the mattress the mattress needs to be changed and pillos. Infact i had body ache and waist pain in just laying in the mattress.

I had an unpleasant experience with a front desk staff. Ms. Bullock. I forgot my sweater when we checked out then came back to get it. For unknown reasons, she got upset and asked me to go get it upstairs that the cleaner was on the floor. I rushed to the floor and there was no staff on the 6th floor. When I came downstairs, she was on the phone and ignored me. When I informed her that I was getting late for my flight, she became upset, requested my ID, snatched it from me fumbled with the computer to further jeopardize my flight time. She then assigned a staff to go with me to go get the sweater. He delays made me to miss my flight. She was very unprofessional.
