Upon entering our room, we noticed that we had no hot water. A quick call to the front desk resulted in a prompt response and we were moved in a matter of minutes. The restaurant at the hotel came highly recommended and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. My advice….order the crab cakes!!! Delicious.

It’s a decent hotel. We weren’t told to go to the 2nd for check in. The room wasn’t super clean. The shower still had used shampoo and conditioner packets and one trash can wasn’t cleaned out.

So disappointed
Our room was far from acceptable. The sheets were torn. Only one pillow for the fold out bed, no blanket for the fold out. The door would not close unless you lifted it. The was a hole in the closet door that was poorly patched. The shower leaked all over the the bathroom floor. There were plastic cups, which is just unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. And definitely not eco friendly. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and we will not be visiting this location again.

Love this hotel.
This is my third or fourth time staying here for a short getaway and we love it every time. We always get the spa King room for the jacuzzi tub, it’s so relaxing. I love the happy hour wine, and drinks they offer at the bar. Service is amazing. Front desk agent texted to ask if I received my bath salts, and said no, so a short 10 minutes later they came up with a free bottle of wine apologizing because they were out of bath salts. 10/10 highly recommend.

I’m not sure why this property isn’t more highly rated. The hotel is in a gorgeous beaux Art building, the accommodations spacious and the staff very helpful. Yes, the carpet in my room had one hole and was slightly faded but those were small defects in an otherwise perfect hotel.
