The hotel is beautiful, very clean. I did not feel very safe in Baltimore. I feel it’s tourist unfriendly. For someone who is a visitor directions are very unclear, transportation is very hard to understand

Staff just let a group of people lay on the floor of the hallways yelling at the top of their lungs for hours untill 4 in the morning.

I booked a stay at this hotel for my birthday because it had a spa room upon checking in into the room and begin cleaning the spa tub. I turned on the water. The jets on the tub came on and automatically water started spitting everywhere. I turned the water off, but the jets continue to shoot water All over the floor, leaving the rug in the bathroom full of water. I went downstairs to report it to the front desk, but nothing happened I was told that the maintenance man was going to come and solve the issue, but no one ever showed up. I ended up falling to sleep and having to wake up and report the issue again my room was switched, but this was a hard experience for me. my birthday was ruined.
