Poil noir sur le comptoir de la salle de bain a notre arrivée, housse de couette déchirée, porte de la salle de bain défectueuse (fait beaucoup de bruit)

Had a problem with the night manager. Had to tell him three time to give me bad my passport which I gave him to check in he told me, "I didn’t give him same." Second night people were fighting in all way told night manager about same and was told I would need to call police with complain. Room service cleaned on second day. Was told that they do same on Mon, Wed, Fri? Second night was Friday. On check out Morning manager was great and helpful. Had water leak and she got job order done.

I had a very bad experience and felt unsafe. I should have went with my intuition and not patronized this awful place. From the moment I checked in no warm greeting and the up keep from the place walking in was terrible. They didn’t offer in room refrigerator or microwaves and they portray on their app. Only available in the main check in/ out building. People were smoking all over the place for it to be a non smoking hotel which they falsely advertise on there website. They charged me $250 smoking fee and I don’t even smoke there were people smoking in there rooms however and they had no physical evidence just the smell which is not right. I’m beyond disappointed at the services of this place because they wouldn’t dispute the charges solely based of off a smell. So $350 for an absolute terrible experience and calling corporate was a JOKE! They couldn’t do anything because all Motel 6’s are franchise so they claim. Do yourself a favor and DONT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!

No go place

Room has no electric iron, had to go on business functions in squished cloths for two days. Management will not help even after expressing my need, saying no iron down stairs only up stairs. Room feels stuffy and damp. This really a no go place.
