Horrible

Front desk people were incredibly rude, while waiting in line they tried helping the people BEHIND us. Both females had the worst attitude and kept rolling their eyes anytime we tried talking, not to mention they weren’t helpful nor did we have a microwave or mini fridge in the room. Wall plugs were messed up and wouldn’t hold my charger in place, wall rack in the bathroom was broken. For some reason we were put in a handy cap room, I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this place.

Check in was friendl enough. Room smelled weird. Bathroom cleanliness mediocre. Check out not friendly. Won’t be returning

Let me start off by saying we've stayed at this hotel before..NEVER will again. We dont need much to make us happy so when we give a bad review...its bad. The room smelled sooooo bad of cigarette smoke & a room in the vicinity smelled of weed. One of the front desk girls did come & used some sort of spray but that basically covered the smell for a few minutes.

Unfriendly & unhelpful staff. Room was horrible, smelled bad, bathroom door breaking apart and nailed/ screwed together but still broken, bathtub leaking from some vent thing on the side, tub dirty, missing drain cover, and falling apart. Glad it was a quick stop just to sleep before moving on with our trip. Surrounding area is fine but this hotel no good

The property itself is rundown. The staff was hospitable, better than some big box hotels I’ve stayed at. Joe checked me in and was attentive and professional - thank you, Joe! He made sure I had a shuttle service to the airport. I do travel often and I had to book a nearby hotel because I landed really late and BWI rental cars do not operate 24/7. This location is conveniently located near BWI airport.
