DISGUSTING! STAY AWAY!!
The room was DISGUSTING!! Smoke detector hanging from wall, sink leaked, room smelled, holes in comforter, unable to get extra towels/washrags. Mold in shower drain, stains on wall. Door to adjoining room had a broke handle. Look like dead bugs in ceiling light.

The location was ideal because I work in the area and was relocating to a new apartment downtown. But the customer service at the front desk and appearance of the room, I couldn't take it more than 3 days and because I at work most of that, also my room was not serviced at over that weekend.

Terrible on all counts. Front desk daytime staff - totally rude - doesn't come to the window. speaks from the corner in the dark. Asked a question and told me to check out if I didn't like it. I coudn't get early checkin so I came back later at night. she acted annoyed, never asked my name - just put cards on the tray. There are 2 buidings never told me which building. Then started yelling at her child

The young man helped me log my tabletin eith the wifi....with a smile. He gave me a handicapped room.....ĺ dont know if he notice my right had an ace bandage on it....normally I would've felt insulted because im only 44. It was such a blessing. This is not my first stay here .It is the best stay I've had here!!!!
