I believe the Ice Maker needed to be cleaned, there was mold build-up and my wife got sick and I think it was from the Ice...I did not see it till I and my son who are AC/Refrig business saw the mold build-up. Please have maint completed at this property in order not to have other people get sick!! The Clean staff need to clean the rooms better, both rooms we occupied were not that clean. Service at the restaurant was great and the staff in the lobby were great.

View from our Harbor View room was gorgeous. Accommodations were excellent except that wi-fi was not working. Not a big deal for us as we only stayed one night, were out most of the time and could get email on our phones.

Wine Festival
Booked this hotel as it was across from the wine festival grounds. Great view of harbor from room I had. Easy walk or Uber ride to many nearby restaurants and attractions. (Found out all museums are free) Hotel bar/restaurant only open on certain days. Clean room, friendly staff and explored the upper floor courtyard, pool, tennis court and gym. Looked pretty amazing. Parking in a garage across street little confusing but just look for signs pointing to lobby. Overall a nice stay. Will be back for German Christmas Village held in December which is located in the same harborfront park across street.

The harbor view rooms are incredibly spacious. A comfy chair to look out on the harbor was right there plus a couch built into the window nook. Great staff at the front desk, very helpful and friendly. Close to all sorts of wonderful things. Good choice!

Terrible waiting to get my room and then didn't get the room that I reserve instead got a room with one bed after I complained because I waited an hour and a half after checking even though I was told I could get an early check in after 2:00 it was 5:30 before they finally gave me any room and it wasn't what I wanted.

Very disappointing for the cost. A 300$ a night hotel with no cable tv. We were only there a night so checking in and finding a tv with only over the air channels and no cable isn’t excusable. Also a broken ice maker on our floor. I can stay at a 1 star hotel and get those. Smh. Won’t stay there again.

For such a beautiful place without a breakfast restaurant and long queue for a breakfast you had to pay for is a minus. Paying more than 200 a night without breakfast inclusions is terrible.
