We arrived very late for check in and were exhausted. The front desk agent was excellent and checked us in immediately. We were able to go directly to bed after an exhausting trip. It was the quickest and smoothest check in i have ever had! Thank you!

No towel where available pool area have to much going on

First of all we walked in and heard so much screaming and yelling coming from the pool areas and it was filled with kids. We were setup on the 4th floor so thankfully we couldn’t hear the screaming up there.
We wanted to relax and watch some college football and the tv and cable would only stay on for a few minutes and then shut off. We called down to the lobby and they said the whole hotel is experiencing this.
We tried to use the stairs to get some extra steps and found that the door was locked to the stairwell which I believe is a major fire hazard.
We went down to the complimentary breakfast at 8:30 am and there were no plates left and no eggs.
