Très belle chambre. Beau hall d'entré. Bon déjeuner inclus. Très proche du stade des Orioles ( très beau stade) . Vraiment Downtown, c'est à vos risque et péril. Le quartier laisse à désiré. Peu de restaurants proche seulement le McDonald's. Je vous le recommande pour aller au football ou au baseball . 5 minutes à pied du stade !!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I checked in Monday evening, went to the room, unpacked but the room was very cold and I couldn't change to temperature on the thermostat. She sent a maintenance man but he couldn't fix it either. So, she immediately put me in another room and it was very nice. Only negative was no maid service during a three-night stay but that wasn't too bad. There were plenty of towels and I was very capable of making the bed. The location is excellent. I was there for the Orioles' playoff games and it was a short walk to the ballpark.

The front desk lady, Tyra, was super sweet and nice. The phone was ringing off the hook and she had a line in front of the desk but she remained calm and was able to help everybody in a timely manner. We had an issue with our TV and within 10 minutes we had a gentlemen at our door to fix it. Would definitely come back!
